I had the honor of chatting with my friend Rachel all about what it means to build a relationship with a lead. Rachel Morgan is a Retail Sales Coach who works with product-based businesses to maximize traffic, motivate the team and increase sales sustainability. She has spent the last 12+ years working in retail sales mostly as a Store Manager in the fine jewelry industry. Her experience includes mentoring other managers to run their stores, conducting employee on-boarding workshops at corporate seminars, training assistant managers, 9 record sales months, all while managing several multi-million dollar stores.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor's in Media and Communication, two minors in Project Management and Consciousness Studies, and a certification in Fashion Merchandising.
Based out of Seattle, Washington, when Rachel isn't developing and training people, you'll find her with a glass of Merlot or a cup of coffee, hiking or painting, and spending time with her family.
