Recipe for PB Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Balls
(endometriosis friendly)

Ingredients
-1 cup old fashioned oats (you can use gluten free, too)
-1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life DF/GF)
-1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or any nut butter you choose)
-3 teaspoons water
*Optional to add more taste and texture: chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, flaxseed, chia seed or honey*
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Use wooden spoon to blend together. If mixture seems too dry, add additional tsp of water.
2. Roll into 1 inch size balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes to chill. Transfer balls to airtight container and sore in fridge or freezer.
Recipe makes 16 balls! 😊
