Easy Keto Brownies
-2 eggs at room temp
-1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
-1 tsp vanilla
-1/2 cup sugar replacement (Swerve)
-1/2 cup almond flour
-1/3 cup unsweetend cocoa powder
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-handful of walnuts (optional, but so good!)
1)Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease or line an 8x8 baking dish.
2)In large bowl, mix everything together. Make sure it is all mixed together well.
3)Pour batter into baking dish. Bake for 23-25 mins. I took mine out at 23 mins!
4)All to cool for about an hour before slicing.
