Recipe for Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients:
-1 stick cold unsalted butter-cut into pieces
-1 cup almond flour
-1/3 cup coconut flour
-1/3 cup sweetener (sugar replacement like stevia)
-1 tsp vanilla
-2/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. I used a square pan.
2) Add all ingredients into a stand mixer (except for the chocolate chips). Mix well until the dough forms.
3) Mix in chocolate chips and press the dough into the pan or on the cookie sheet. If using cookie sheet, press into an 8x10 inch square.
4) Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool, then cut up and serve. I liked heating mine up in the microwave before eating!
