Recipe for Keto Brownie Bread (endometriosis friendly)



-1 Cup Almond Flour

-1/4 Cup Erythritol

-1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder

-1/4 Cup Butter, melted

-3 eggs (gelatin if can't have eggs)

-1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (Simple Life, HU, Lily's)




1) Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

2) Mix all your ingredients together in a bowl, except for the chocolate chips.

3) Pour mixture in loaf pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.

4) Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before slicing. 

*I enjoyed melting some natural PB on top when served + sprinkling some sugar replacement confectioners on top as well.*

This makes one loaf, so about 6 slices.
