Keto Apple Pie Blondies
-1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
-1/2 cup almond butter ( can substitute with any nut or seed butter)
-1/4 cup coconut flour
-4 tbs sugar free maple syrup
-1 tbs apple pie spice
-1/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease the paper. I used an 8X8 dish but you can use smaller to make the blondies thicker.
2. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients (except for the sugar replacement). It should turn into a very thick batter.
3. Pour into the baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the granulated sugar.
4. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until tops are golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing.
Top with a scoop of whipped cream or ice cream ;) Keep this treat refrigerated. Recipe yields about 8 blondies.
