Did you know inflammation can actually be a good thing? Acute inflammation is what fights off foreign invaders + helps heal injuries.

 

However, a lot of us, especially those with endometriosis, suffer with chronic inflammation. Chronic inflammation is prolonged and can be due to a numerous amount of reasons. Food sensitivities, auto immune diseases+ stress; just to name a few.

 

It can be hard to find what helps you deal with your inflammation. For me, diet change has been a major help. I have put together a free downloadable list of foods that help fight off inflammation.
